Many questions are answered below — subscriptions, your data, and how the medication level works.

Medical questions belong with your doctor. {{app}} can't advise on your medication, dose or symptoms. If you have a medical concern, contact your healthcare provider; in an emergency, call your local emergency number.

Common questions

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed through Apple, so you manage them in your device settings, not in the app. Open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → select {{app}}, then change or cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I restore a purchase on a new phone?

Open the app and choose Restore Purchases (available from the paywall and the locked-state screen). As long as you're signed in with the same Apple Account that made the purchase, your subscription will be restored.

How do I export my data?

Go to Settings → Export in the app to download a full copy of your data. This works at any time — including after a free trial or subscription ends. Your history is never locked.

How do I delete my data?

Go to Settings → Delete my data. This permanently erases your data on the device and in your iCloud, with no undo. Deleting the app alone removes the on-device copy but not an existing iCloud backup, so use the in-app delete if you want everything gone.

How do I move my data to a new device?

Turn on iCloud sync in Settings on your old device, then sign in with the same Apple Account on the new device and choose to restore. Sync is end-to-end encrypted and optional. Alternatively, use Export to save a file and import it.

Why doesn't the medication level exactly match how I feel?

The level chart is an estimate based on your logged schedule and the medication's published half-life — not a measurement of your blood. Everyone's body is different, and many things affect how you feel. Use the chart to understand the general rhythm of your cycle, and talk to your doctor about anything medical.

My medication isn't listed. Can I still use the app?

Yes. Choose Custom medication during setup (or in Dose settings) to track any medication by name and dose, with full dose, reminder and supply tracking. The medication-level curve is only available for the molecules we model, so custom medications won't show a curve.

Do I need an account or internet connection?

No account is ever required, and the core tracking works offline. An internet connection is only needed for optional features like subscription checks, iCloud sync and the "Describe it" food estimate.

Reminders aren't appearing — what should I check?

Make sure notifications are enabled for {{app}} in Settings → Notifications, and that Focus/Do Not Disturb isn't silencing them. Reminders are intentionally discreet and never show your medication name. If they still don't arrive, email us with your device and iOS version.
